Port Washington Chiropractor
An Injury Led Me To Chiropractic
When I was a psychology major at Ithaca College I bent down to fix my sock and felt excruciating pain in my lower back. I could barely move an inch without exacerbating it. My brother was in chiropractic school at the time and he convinced me to see a chiropractor.
The results were unbelievable! Not only did my back feel better but there were a whole bunch of things that changed.
I had fewer headaches, less colds and flu (I was healthy while my college friends were constantly sick), I had more energy and I was better able to deal with stress whether it was from school or social stresses.
My Results Were So Amazing I Decided To Become A Chiropractor
After graduating I moved down to Atlanta, Georgia where I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University.
My Chiropractic Lifestyle
To make sure I can get adjusted regularly, I married a chiropractor. My husband, Dr. Michael Shwartzstein practices in New York City.
When I’m not working I enjoy long walks at the Sands Point preserve. I also practice yoga 3-5 days a week.
I consider myself an excellent listener and hope I get the opportunity to meet you in person and discuss your health concerns. Give our Port Washington office a call or email me with the link below.
